Abstract
Abstract
The study aims to identify the role of professional ethics in its impact on
the job performance of the employees of the Municipality of Gambling in the
Valley, in order to reach the goal, and we have started from the following
problems:
Is there a relationship between professional ethics and job performance of
employees?
To answer this question, we can ask the following sub-questions:
-Is there a relationship between job ethics and job performance?
-Is there a relationship between behavioral ethics and job performance?
The hypotheses of the study are:
- there a relationship between job ethics and job performance.
- there a relationship between behavioral ethics and job performance.
The study approach was represented in the descriptive analytical approach
because it is the most appropriate in this study to know the reality of the study and
its aspects, description and analysis. Thirty questionnaires were distributed, and
the method of selecting the sample was a simple random method, where all the
names of the members of the study community were written in papers, and then
30 individuals were chosen by lot.
The study concluded that there is a relationship between professional ethics
and job performance of employees, and that there is a relationship between job
ethics and job performance, and there is a relationship between behavioral ethics
and job performance.
