تنزيل الآيات على الواقع عند الإمام الشوكاني من خلال كتابه "فتح القدير" "نماذج مختارة"

Abstract

"يتضمن هذا البحث الموسوم بـ: ""تنزيل الآيات على الواقع عند الإمام الشوكاني، من خلال تفسيره: ""فتح القدير""، تناولنا فيه جهود الإمام الشوكاني في تنزيل الآيات على واقعه، والإشكال الرئيس الذي يعالجه البحث: والمتمثل في الوقوف على مجالات تنزيل الآيات على الواقع عند الإمام الشوكاني . وانتظم البحث في أربعة مباحث، تضمن المبحث الأول التعريف بالإمام الشوكاني، والثاني للتعريف بتفسيره، والثالث لبيان مفهوم تنزيل الآيات على الواقع وضوابطه، والرابع لدراسة نماذج من تنزيل الآيات على الواقع عند الإمام الشوكاني، وخلص البحث إلى بروز عناية الإمام الشوكاني بإسقاط النص القرآني على الواقع في مجالات عدة: عقدية وتعبدية، اجتماعية وأخلاقية، فقهية وعلمية، فكرية وسياسية... وإن كانت الجوانب العقدية غالبة على باقي المجالات، نظرا لأهمية العقيدة في حياة الأمة ومالها من مآلات الجزاء والعقاب في الآخرة. The research concluded with the discover of Imam Al-Shawkani’s care in projecting the Quran text onto reality In many areas: doctrinal and devotional, social and moral, jurisprudential and scientific, intellectual and political... Although the doctrinal aspects prevail over the rest of the areas, given the importance of belief in the life of the nation and its consequences of reward and punishment in the afterlife. "
