تقييم كفايات أساتذة التعليم الثانوي في بناء الاختبارات التحصيلية

Abstract

الملخص: كانت تهدف الدراسة إلى استطلاع واستكشاف واقع بناء الاختبارات التحصيلية في مؤسسات التعليم الثانوي بدائرة تقرت، من خلال معرفة مدى إلمام الأساتذة بكفايات بناء الاختبارات التحصيلية وفق معايير بناء الاختبار الجيد. وذلك من خلال الإجابة على التساؤلات التالية: 1- ما مدى إلمام أساتذة التعليم الثانوي لكفاية تحديد الغرض أوالهدف من الاختبار التحصيلي؟ 2- ما مدى إلمام أساتذة التعليم الثانوي لكفاية تحليل محتوى المادة الدراسية لإعداد الاختبار التحصيلي؟ 3- ما مدى إلمام أساتذة التعليم الثانوي لكفاية تحديد الأهداف التعليمية في إعداد الاختبار التحصيلي؟ 4- ما مدى إلمام أساتذة التعليم الثانوي لكفاية تصميم وبناء جدول مواصفات الاختبار التحصيلي؟ 5- ما مدى إلمام أساتذة التعليم الثانوي لكفاية تحديد واختيار نوع أسئلة الاختبار التحصيلي؟ 6- ما مدى إلمام أساتذة التعليم الثانوي لكفاية تجميع فقرات وتطبيق الاختبار التحصيلي؟ 7- ما مدى إلمام أساتذة التعليم الثانوي لكفاية تحليل مفردات (فقرات) الاختبار التحصيلي؟ 8- ما مدى إلمام أساتذة التعليم الثانوي لكفاية التأكد من صدق وثبات الاختبار التحصيلي؟ ولتحقيق اهداف هذه الدراسة قام الباحث باتباع خطوات المنهج الوصفي مستخدما أسلوب الدراسات المسحية، وأيضا بناء استبيان ضم (52) عبارة موزعة على ثمانية (08) محاور أو أبعاد يمثل كل محور أو بعد احدى كفايات اعداد الاختبارات التحصيلية التي حددتها الدراسة، وقد كان من المقرر تطبيق الدراسة على عينة عشوائية ممثلة من أساتذة التعليم الثانوي العاملين بثانويات دائرة تقرت خلال الفصلين الثاني والثالث من الموسم الدراسي 2019/2020. لكن بسبب الظروف الطارئة التي اجتاحت الجزائر والعالم جراء جائحة كوفيد 19 تعذر ذلك.

Résumé :فرنسية أو انجلزية The aim of the study was to explore and find out the reality of the construction of achievement tests in secondary education institutions in Touggourt, by knowing the extent to which teachers are familiar with the adequacy of building achievement tests according to the criteria of building a good test by answering the following questions: 1) To what extent are secondary school teachers familiar with the purpose and purpose of the achievement test? 2) How well are secondary school teachers able to analyses the content of the subject to prepare the attainment test? 3) To what extent are secondary school teachers aware of the adequacy of setting educational objectives in preparing the attainment test? 4) How well are secondary school teachers aware of the adequacy of designing and building the table of achievement test specifications? 5) To what extent are secondary school teachers familiar with the adequacy of determining and selecting the type of test questions? 6) To what extent are secondary school teachers familiar with the adequacy of compiling paragraphs and applying the achievement test? 7) To what extent are secondary school teachers familiar with the adequacy of the analysis of the vocabulary (paragraphs) of the achievement test? 8) How well are secondary school teachers able to ensure that the achievement test is honest and consistent? To achieve the objectives of the study, the researcher followed the steps of the descriptive curriculum using the method of survey studies, and also the construction of a questionnaire that included (52) words divided into eight (08) axes or dimensions representing each axis or after one of the qualifications of the achievement tests identified by the study, and the study was to be applied to a random sample represented by the teachers of secondary education working in Touggourt secondary schools during the second and third semesters of the academic season 2019/2020. However, due to the emergency conditions that have engulfed Algeria and the world as a result of the covid 19 pandemic, this has not been possible.
