دور السياسة التجارية في علاج ميزان المدفوعات - حالة الجزائر (1970 - 2019)

Abstract

"تهدف السياسة التجارية إلى استخدام جملة من الأدوات والوسائل سواء من أجل التشجيع على الاستثمار، أو بقصد تطبيق سياسة حمائية، فهي خيارات متاحة أمام الدول تحدد علاقاتها مع العالم الخارجي، ويكون ذلك عن طريق إصدار تشريعات واتخاذ قرارات وإجراءات لوضعها حيز التنفيذ. ويعالج هذا البحث مدى فاعلية السياسة التجارية كأداة للحد من الاثار التي تخلفها تقلبات أسعار النفط على الميزان التجاري وكذا معالجتها للعجز في ميزان المدفوعات ""Trade policy aims to use a number of tools and means, whether to encourage investment, or with the intention of implementing a protectionist policy. They are options available to countries that define their relations with the outside world, and that is by issuing legislation and taking decisions and procedures to put them into effect. This research deals with the effectiveness of trade policy as a tool to reduce the effects of oil price fluctuations on the trade balance, as well as addressing the deficit in the balance of payments."
