مساهمة نظام تخطيط موارد المؤسسة (ERP) في تحسين اتخاذ القرار.

Abstract

"تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى معرفة مساهمة نظام تخطيط موارد المؤسسة في تحسين إتخاذ القرار بشركتي التأمين الشركة الوطنية لتأمين (Saa) , والشركة الجزائرية لتأمين (Caat) بتقرت, ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة تم بناء استبيان مكون من 32 عبارة تشمل أربعة أبعاد لنظام تخطيط موارد المؤسسة والمتمثلة في ( التوافق بين عمليات(ERP) وعمليات المؤسسة, دعم موردي النظام , التدريب, التغيير و إعادة هندسة النظام) وقد اشتملت عينة الدراسة على 30 عامل بالشركة محل الدراسة واعتمد في تحليل بيانات الاستبيان على التحليل الإحصائي الوصفي باستخدام برنامج الحزمة الإحصائية للعلوم الاجتماعية. وأظهرت نتائج الدراسة الميدانية ما يلي : وجود علاقة ضعيفة جدا بين نظام تخطيط موارد المؤسسة (ERP) واتخاذ القرار, وهذا يدل على وجود مجموعة من العوامل الأخرى في شركة التأمين بتقرت تساهم في تحسين اتخاذ القرار بصورة أكثر فعالية من نظام تخطيط موارد المؤسسة (ERP). "" This study aims to know the contribution of the ERP system in improving the decision making of the two insurance companies, the National Insurance Company (Saa), and the Algerian Insurance Company (Caat) in Touggourt, and to achieve the objectives of the study, a questionnaire was built consisting of 32 phrases that include four dimensions of the ERP system, namely: (Compatibility between ERP and enterprise operations, system supplier support, training, change and system re-engineering) The sample of the study included 30 workers in the company under study. The survey data was based on descriptive statistical analysis using the Statistical Package for Social Sciences program. The results of the field study showed the following: There is a very weak relationship between the enterprise resource planning (ERP) system and decision-making, and this indicates the existence of a group of other factors in the insurance company in Pektrit that contribute to improving decision-making more effectively than the enterprise resource planning (ERP) system."
