الترقية الادارية ودورها في تحسين أداء العاملين

Abstract

"ملخص: تحظى الترقية اليوم باهتمام كل المؤسسات في مختلف القطاعات التربوية ... وغيرها باعتبار الترقية إحدى الوسائل الفعالة في تحسين كفاءة العمال والموظفين وفي تطوير قدراتهم الخدماتية, ومن هذا المنطلق وإسهاما منا في هذه الدراسة كان اختيارنا لموضوع الترقية ودورها في تحسين أداء الموظفين. ولقد هدفت هذه الدراسة, إلى تأكيد الدور الكبير الذي تلعبه الترقية في رفع مستوى الأداء الوظيفي, لدى موظفي مديرية التربية لولاية الوادي , متبعين في ذلك المنهج الوصفي لملاءمته مع دراساتنا, والأدوات التي استخدمت لجمع البيانات تتمثل في الوثائق والسجلات, الاستمارة. ومن النتائج المتوصل إليها ما يلي: - هناك دور للترقية في رضا العاملين بمديرية التربية لولاية الوادي. - هناك دور للترقية في كفاءة وفاعلية أداء العاملين بمديرية التربية لولاية الوادي. "Summary : The upgrade is now taking place with the interest of all institutions in the various educational sectors ... and others, as promotion is one of the effective means of improving the efficiency of workers and employees and in developing their service capabilities. The aim of this study is to emphasize the significant role played by the promotion in raising the level of job performance among the staff of the Directorate of Education in the Wilayat of El-oued, followed by the descriptive approach to its suitability with our studies, and the tools used to collect data are documents and records. The results obtained include the following: - There is a role to promotion in the efficiency of functionality of the Education Directorate in Welayat of El-oued .
