الأحـــاديث المشكلة الواردة في الطهارة من خـلال الصحيحين جمعـا ودراســـة

Abstract

- هذا البحث يدرس الأحاديث المشكلة في الطهارة ( البخاري- مسلم) جمعا ودراسة. ولتحقيق هذا الهدف استخدمت عدة مناهج علمية, وقسمت البحث إلى: مقدمة وثلاثة مباحث وخاتمة, أما المقدمة فتشمل على أهمية الموضوع, دوافع اختياره, أهداف البحث, الجهود السابقة, منهج البحث. أما المبحث الأول فقد اشتمل على الدراسة النظرية للبحث وفيه: التعريف بعلم مشكل الحديث من حيث اللغة والاصطلاح, تعريف مختلف الحديث, الفرق بينهما, أهم الكتب التي ألفت في هذا الفن, أهميته. أما المبحث الثاني والثالث فخصصته للدراسة التطبيقية للأحاديث المشكلة في الطهارة وذلك بتخريجها من كتب السنة, وبيان أوجه الإشكال فيها, وأقوال العلماء في دفع الإشكال. وقد أنهيت البحث بخاتمة سجلت فيها أهم النتائج التي توصلت إليها والتوصيات, وذيلت هذا البحث عددا من الفهارس, وذلك ليسهل الاستفادة منه This research studies: El-hadith whichis about clearance (Ettahara): ( El-Boukhari- Muslim) anad which is collected and studied to achieve this step we used many scientific curriculum and I divided this research into: introduction,3 series and conclusion. The introduction talks about the importance of the subject, the motives of choosing it and the aim of this research, the previous efforts of the strategy of this research. For the 1st stage, which concludes the theoretical studies and it contains the definition of El-Hadith's former, from the language and the definition of the different Hadith and the difference between them the most important books and how it is useful. The 2nd stage I make it for the applications studies which is about El-Hadith of clearance of taking them from:"Essona books" of finding out the issue which the scientists said about this issue, I conclude with the most important results that I reached them this research contains of contents which can be useful of we can use them
