كثافة المناهج الدراسية وأثرها على الاداء المهني لاستاذ المرحلة الابتدائية

Abstract

هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى الكشف عن كثافة المناهج الدراسية وتأثيرها على أستاذ المرحلة الابتدائية وذلك من خلال وضع التساؤلات التالية: السؤال الرئيسي: هل كثافة المناهج الدراسية تؤثر على الأداء المهني الاستاذ المرحلة الابتدائية؟ الاسئلة الفرعية: ­ هل كثافة المناهج الدراسية تجبر الاستاذ على دمج بعض المواضيع الدراسية ؟ ­ هل كثافة المناهج الدراسية تؤدي إلى ممارسة الضغط على الاستاذ و التلميذ ؟ و للإجابة عن التساؤلات تم اقتراح فرضيات للوصول إلى أهداف الدراسة و هما: الفرضية الرئيسية : كثافة المناهج الدراسية تؤثر على الأداء المهني الاستاذ المرحلة الابتدائية ؟ الفرضية الفرعية الأولى: ­ كثافة المناهج الدراسية تجبر الاستاذ على دمج المواضيع الدراسية الفرضية الفرعية الثانية: ­ تؤدي كثافة المناهج الدراسية إلى ممارسة الضغط على الاستاذ و التلميذ ؟ ولقد تم التطرق لذلك من خلال إتباع المنهج الوصفي ، كمنهج مناسب للوصف لتحقق من تأكيد أو تفنيد الفرضيتين ، مستخدمين تقنية الاستبيان كأداة لجمع المعطيات و المعلومات على عينة قدرت 70 أستاذا في مرحلة التعليم الابتدائي في 5 ابتدائيات بدائرة الطالب العربي ولاية الوادي ، وبعد التحليل و التفسير أفرزت الدراسة النتائج التالية:  ان المناهج الدراسية تجبر الاستاذ على دمج المواضيع الدراسية  تؤدي كثافة المنهاج الدراسية إلى ممارسة الضغط على الاستاذ و التلميذ وعليه تم الإجابة على التساؤل الرئيسي المطروح في أول الدراسة بأن كثافة المناهج الدراسية تؤثر على الأداء المهني الاستاذ المرحلة الابتدائية . The study aimed to reveal the density of the educational curriculum and its impact on the professional performance of elementary school teachers. We relied on the following questions in our study: - Does the density of the curriculum affect the professional performance of elementary school teachers? This main question led to subsidiary questions as follows:  Does the density of the curriculum force teachers to integrate certain subjects?  Does the density of the curriculum lead to pressure on both teachers and students? The objectives of this study are:  To understand the density of the educational curriculum in elementary school.  To understand the impact of curriculum density on the performance of elementary school teachers.  To highlight the problems arising from the density of the educational curriculum that affect both teachers and students.  To attempt to understand the methods and techniques used by teachers to overcome the density of the educational curriculum. This study relied on a descriptive approach to describe the subject under study in order to achieve a comprehensive scientific description. It does not only identify the features of the phenomenon and determine the reasons for its existence, but also includes data analysis, measurement, interpretation, and reaching an accurate description of the phenomenon and its results. Research techniques were used to obtain field data (questionnaire), which was applied to a sample of teachers, consisting of 22 questions, representing a group of elementary school teachers, with a sample size of 70 teachers. The study reached the following results: - The density of the curriculum forces teachers to integrate certain subjects.
