دور تكنولوجيا معلومات الإتصال في إدارة الأزمات في المؤسسة

Abstract

تعتبر تكنولوجية المعلومة و الاتصال من أهم الأسباب التي أدت إلى تطوير المؤسسات الاقتصادية وجميع أنواعها وتغيير أنظمتها و إدارتها الداخلية والخارجية ومن حيث دراستنا للموضوع هدفت الدراسة إلى معرفة دور تكنولوجيا المعلومات و الاتصال في إدارة الأزمات في المؤسسات الاقتصادية الخدماتية، حيث أجريت الدراسة الميدانية في مؤسسة اتصالات الجزائر بولاية الوادي، وذلك باستخدام المقابلة لجمع المعلومات والبيانات، وبعد تحليل المعلومات و البيانات توصلت الدراسة إلى العديد من النتائج من أهمها : أن مؤسسة اتصالات الجزائر بولاية الوادي يستخدمون تكنولوجيا المعلومات والاتصال لإدارة الأزمات وهذا بكونها مرت مسبقا بأزمات كغيرها من المؤسسات وكان للتكنولوجيا دورا هاما في إدارتها وهذا بفضل مختلف الوسائل يجدر بالذكر الانترنت وكذلك وسائل أخرى خاصة بمؤسسة اتصالات الجزائر فقط تم ذكرها في تحليل الدراسة، حيث أصبحت تكنولوجيا المعلومات و الاتصال جزء لا يتجزأ من عالم الأعمال، كما تساعد المؤسسات بإعداد نفسها لإدارة تلك الأزمات.Information and communication technologies are among the most important reasons for the development of economic institution of all kinds changing its internal and external systems and management,the study aimed to understand the role of information and communication technology in crisis management in economic service institutions,where the field study was conducted at the Organization of Algerian Communication in the State of El-Oued,uses information and communication technology for crisis management,which has already been through crises like other institutions,and technology has an important role in management them . this is thanks to the various means it is worth mentioning the internet as well as other means of the organization of Algerian communications only mentioned in the analysis of the study,where information and communication technology has become an integral part of the business world,and helps institutions prepare themselves to manage these crises.
