Abstract

"تناولت هذه الدراسة موضوع الاتصال غير الرسمي ومساهمته في تخفيف الصراع التنظيمي بالمؤسسة، حيث هدفت إلى توضيح مدى مساهمة الاتصال غير الرسمي في تخفيف الصراع التنظيمي لدى مديرية المصالح الفلاحية بالوادي. وتم الاعتماد على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي في الجانب النظري، ومنهج دراسة الحالة تطبيقيا من خلال الاستعانة بالاستبيان كأداة رئيسية لجمع البيانات من عينة الدراسة، البالغ عددها 80 فردا، وتم استرجاع70 استبيانا، منها 60 استبيانا صالحا للتحليل الإحصائي ولأغراض الدراسة، وتجسدت متغيرات الدراسة في الاتصال غير الرسمي كمتغير مستقل والصراع التنظيمي كمتغير تابع، وتم استخدام الأساليب الإحصائية كالمتوسطات الحسابية، الانحرافات المعيارية، معاملات الارتباط، نموذج الانحدار الخطي البسيط، اختبار فيشر اختبار ستودنت T ومعامل الانحدار في التحليل الإحصائي، إضافة إلى اختبار فرضيات الدراسة بالاعتماد على برنامج التحليل الإحصائيSpss v23.
