عوامل غياب الطالب الجامعي عن المحاضرة

Abstract

"هدفت الدراسة الحالية إلى التعرف على مجموعة من العوامل المسببة لسلوك غياب الطلبة عن المحاضرات في قسم العلوم الاجتماعية بكلية العلوم الإنسانية والاجتماعية بجامعة حمه لخضر الوادي،وذلك من أجل تحليل سوسيولوجي ومحاولة الوصول إلى تفسير كل أبعاد الظاهرة ولمعرفة هذا تم طرح التساؤل الرئيسي التالي : ماهي عوامل غياب الطلبة عن المحاضرات ؟ ويندرج ضمن هذا التساؤل التساؤلات الفرعية التالية: 1- ماهي العوامل المتعلقة بالطالب التي تؤدي لغيابهم عن المحاضرات ؟ 2- ماهي العوامل المتعلقة بالأستاذ الجامعي التي تؤدي لغياب الطلبة عن المحاضرات ؟ 3- ماهي العوامل المتعلقة بالمنهاج التي تؤدي لغياب الطلبة عن المحاضرات ؟ وللإجابة على هذه التساؤلات تم إتباع مجموعة من الإجراءات المنهجية المتمثلة في المنهج الوصفي ،كما تم الاعتماد على استمارة الاستبيان كأداة أساسية لجمع البيانات مدعمة بالمقابلة كأداة مساعدة ،أما عن عينة الدراسة بلغت 50 من الطلبة تم اختيارها عن طريق المعاينة اللاحتمالية حيث اعتمدنا العينة العرضية . وبعد عرض وتحليل البيانات التي تم جمعها من خلال أسئلة الاستمارة والمقابلة ومن جملة النتائج التي توصلت إليها الدراسة في ضوء التساؤلات اتضح أن هناك عوامل تجعل الطلبة يتغيبون عن المحاضرات

This study aims at identifying both the factors and the reasons behind the students' reluctance in attending the lectures sessions, in the faculty of humanities in sociology department of Hama Lakhder University of El-Oued, for more profound understanding and explaining of all the sociological aspects of this phenomena.Accordingly, by concerning itself with looking for answer to its main research question about the factors that attribute in the absence of the students in these classes. Consequently, various methodological procedures were followed in this study including the descriptive methods, interviews and questionnaires for collecting data from the 50 students' random samples. Eventually, after, displaying and analyzing these data, it appears that there are three major factors behind skipping lectures by students: students-related factors, including working, transportation issues and distant residence, health issues, social networks addiction, major dissenting and social commitments, teacher related factors, like his/her low voice, inappropriate treatment, intolerance, deficiency of explanation as well as boredom, curriculum-related factors as the lack of technological equipment in teaching, repetition, difficulty, complexity, density of homeworks and researches , weak coefficient and the possibility of having the lecture contents from external sources.
