النوادي الثقافية بالجزائر في النصف الاول من القرن العشرين 1901-1947م

Abstract

الملخص: شهدت الجزائر في نصف الاول من قرن العشرين ظهور العديد من نوادي الثقافية ابرزها نادي ترقي ونادي صالح باي...الخ، التي جاءت نتيجة قانون1901م المتعلق بالجمعيات و التي من خلالها منحت حرية ممارسة هذا النشاط الثقافي الهام. وقد لعبت النوادي دور بارز داخل المجتمع الجزائري وكانت لها علاقاتها مع مختلف اقطاب الحركة الوطنية , ونظرا لتنامي دورها وبث روح اليقظة في الاوساط الشبانية ،مما اصبح يشكل خطرا على سياسة فرنسا الاستدمارية الأمر الذي دفعها لغلق النوادي وأصدرت قرار 20جانفي 1938 م والذي سعت من خلاله الى غلق النوادي الثقافية، فكان رد فعل مختلف التيارات السياسية ضد هذا القانون قوي لكن لم ينجح اي تيار في منع تطبيق هذا القرار, مما ادى الى توقف النوادي عن العمل طيلة الفترة من 1939_1945م.لترجع للعمل بعد الحرب العالمية الثانية لكن بصفة ضئيلة للغاية . Résume L'Algérie a vu dans la première moitié du XXe siècle, l'émergence de nombreux clubs culturels, notamment la promotion du Club et de la baie Saleh ... etc., ce qui a transformé un résultat de la loi 1901 sur les associations et par qui a accordé la liberté de pratiquer cette activité culturelle importante. Clubs ont joué un rôle de premier plan au sein de la société algérienne à travers ses relations avec les différents pôles du mouvement national, et compte tenu du rôle croissant de diffusion de l'esprit de vigilance dans les milieux Haabanah est devenu Taktara pour la politique française, qui Dvha pour fermer les clubs. Où il a adopté la loi du 20 Janvier 1938, qui cherchait à travers elle pour fermer les clubs culturels, a été la réaction forte des différents courants politiques contre cette loi, mais n'a pas réussi à empêcher toute application actuelle de cette décision, ce qui a conduit à la suspension des travaux des clubs tout au long de la période de 1939_1945m . Abstract: Algeria witnessed in the first half of the twentieth century the emergence of many cultural clubs, notably the promotion club and the club of Saleh Bay, etc., which came as a result of the law of 1901 concerning associations, which gave freedom to practice this important cultural activity. Clubs have played a prominent role in Algerian society through their relations with the different nationalities of the national movement, and in view of their growing role and a sense of vigilance in the circles of Chabania, they have become more aware of the French policy. Where the law of 20 January 1938 was adopted, which sought to close the cultural clubs, was a strong reaction different political currents against this law, but no movement succeeded in preventing the implementation of this decision, which led to the suspension of clubs for work throughout the period 1939_1945.
