العدالة عند الإمام الحاكم وتطبيقاتها

Abstract

"اشتملت هذه المذكرة على مقدمة وعرض وخاتمة، أما المقدمة فقد احتوت على التعريف بالموضوع وإبراز أهميته وأهدافه، وأسباب اختياره وآفاقه، والمنهج المتبع مع خطه البحث. ثم مبحث تمهيدي يتناول التعريف بالإمام الحاكم وآثاره العلمية، فهو بدوره يحتوي على ثلاثة مطالب، وبعده مبحث أول فقد خصصته في تعريف العدالة عند الإمام الحاكم، فهو يشتمل على أربعة مطالب، وأما في ما يخص المبحث الثاني فهو لدراسة بعض النماذج من الرواة الذين حكم عليهم الإمام الحاكم بالعدالة تصريحا أو حكما، فهو يتضمن أربعة مطالب. ثم ذيلت بحثي بخاتمة وبها أهم النتائج والتوصيات من هذه الدراسة، ثم الفهارس العامة.
