Abstract

الملخص: هدفت الدراسة الحالية للكشف عن الضغوط النفسية الني يتعرض لها معلم الطفل المعاق سمعيا بدرجة بسيطة في الصف العادي . و التي تندرج تحت التساؤلات التالية: - ما مستوى الضغوط النفسية التي يتعرض لها معلم الطفل المعاق سمعيا بدرجة بسيطة المدمج في الصف العادي؟. - هل توجد فروق ذات دلالة احصائية في الضغوط النفسية التي يتعرض لها معلم الطفل المعاق سمعيا بدرجة بسيطة المدمج في الصف العادي باختلاف الجنس؟. - هل توجد فروق ذات دلالة احصائية في الضغوط النفسية التي يتعرض لها معلم الطفل المعاق سمعيا بدرجة بسيطة المدمج في الصف العادي باختلاف الخبرة؟. - هل توجد فروق ذات دلالة احصائية في الضغوط النفسية التي يتعرض لها المعلم تعزى إلى عدد الأطفال المعاقين سمعيا بدرجة بسيطة المدمجين في الصف العادي؟. للتحقق من صحة التساؤلات تم اتباع المنهج الوصفي الاستكشافي المقارن مع اعتماد الاستبيان كأداة للدراسة، وبعد التأكد من الخصائص السيكومترية تم تطبيقه على عينة من المعلمين الذين يقومون بتدريس التلاميذ ذوي الاعاقة السمعية المدمجين في الصف العادي التي قوامها 30معلما، وبعدها تمت المعالجة الإحصائية باستخدام المتوسط الحسابي والانحراف المعياري واختبار (ت) وتحليل التباين لحساب الفروق وتوصلت الدراسة إلى النتائج : - الفرض الاول تحقق. - الفرض الثاني تحقق. - الفرض الثالث لم يتحقق. - الفرض الرابع تحقق. وبعدها تمت مناقشة النتائج وتفسيرها في ضوء الجانب النظري و الدراسات السابقة المتعلقة بالموضوع واختتمت الدراسة بجملة من الاقتراحات.

The present study aimed at detecting the psychological pressures exerted on the teacher of the child with a hearing impairment in the normal grade. Which fall under the following questions: - What is the level of psychological stress experienced by the teacher of the child with a hearing impairment to a degree of simple built-in grade? - Are there any differences of statistical significance in the psychological pressures that the teacher of the child with hearing impairment is subjected to a simple degree of integration in the normal grade according to gender? - Are there any differences of statistical significance in the psychological pressures that the teacher of the child with hearing impairment is subjected to a simple degree of integration in the normal grade according to experience? - Are there differences of statistical significance in the psychological stress on the teacher attributed to the number of children with hearing disabilities to a degree of simple built-in grade. In order to verify the validity of the questions, the descriptive descriptive method was used with the questionnaire as a tool for study. After confirmation of the psychometric characteristics, it was applied to a sample of teachers who teach students with hearing disabilities in the normal grade of 30 teachers. (T) and variance analysis to calculate differences. The study reached the results: - First hypothesis check. - The second hypothesis is achieved. - The third hypothesis was not achieved. - The fourth hypothesis is achieved.
