مستوى الذكاء الروحي لذى معلمي التربية الخاصة

Abstract

هدفت الدراسة الحالية الى الكشف عن مستوي الذكاء الروحي لدى معلمي التربية الخاصة في ضوء بعض المتغيرات الديموغرافية ( العمر، الخبرة المهنية)وقد تم تطبيق ادوات الدراسة على عينة قدرها 60 معلمة وهي مجموعة المعلمات المتواجدات في المركز النفسي البيداغوجي للأطفال المعوقين ذهنيا -عمر بن جلول بولاية تقرت- . وقد تم اتباع المنهج الوصفي لملاءمته لطبيعة الدراسة واشتملت أدوات الدراسة على مقياس الذكاء الروحي الذي قننتهوعربته الباحثة بشرى أرنوط(2012)، وتم تطبيقه على أفرادالعينة ، وثم معالجة البيانات بالأساليب الإحصائيةالمناسبة حيث أسفرت النتائج على ما يلي: - يتمتع أفراد عينة الدراسة من معلمي التربية الخاصة بمستوى مرتفعفي درجات الذكاء الروحي - لايوجد فروق في درجات الذكاء الروحي لدي أفراد عينة الدراسة تعزىلمتغير العمر - يوجد فروق في درجات الذكاء الروحي لدي أفراد عينة الدراسة تعزىلمتغير الخبرة المهنية. The current study aimed to investigate the level of spiritual intelligence among special education teachers in light of some demographic variables (age,

professional experience). The study tools were administered to a sample of 60 teachers, comprising the group of teachers present at the Psycho pedagogical Center for Intellectually Disabled Children in Amar Ben Djelloul, Tékourt, Wilaya de Tékourt, Algeria. A descriptive approach was employed to suit the study's scope, and the study tools included the Spiritual Intelligence Scale, standardized and adapted by researcher BushraArnout in 2012. It was applied to the sample individuals, and data were processed using appropriate statistical methods, yielding the following results: - The study sample of special education teachers enjoys a high level of spiritual intelligence. - There are no differences in spiritual intelligence scores among the study sample attributed to the age variable. - There are differences in spiritual intelligence levels among the study sample individuals attributed to the variable of professional experience.
