Abstract

"ملخص البحث يدور موضوع هذا البحث حول الحافظ بقيّ بن مخلد ومروياته الواردة في كتاب ""التمهيد"" لابن عبد البرّ، وذلك بمعرفة درجتها صحة وضعفا، اتصالا وانقطاعا، للخروج بنظرة ولو جزئية لملامح منهجه في انتقاء المرويات وتوثيق الرواة ، من خلال ما جمعناه من أحاديث في ثلاث مجالات وهي الغيبيات والعبادات والمعاملات ، وفق دراسة نقدية للمرويات قائمة على الموضوعية العلمية . و قد اقتصرنا في دراستنا هذه على الأحاديث المرفوعة أما باقي الآثار الموقوفة والمقطوعة درسنا منها نموذجين كانا محتوي المبحث الرابع وألحقنا الباقي بآخر البحث كملاحق.
