Abstract

" يشهد العام اليوم ثورة هائلة في مجال الاتصالات والمعلومات، ويشهد كذلك تطورا واسعا وجذريا في الحركة الاقتصادية عن طريق اكتشاف التقنية الالكترونية والاتكال المتزايد على الأنظمة الرقمية، مما أضفى على المعاملات التجارية صفة العالمية، إلا أن التجارة الالكترونية في الجزائر لم تجد بعد مكانتها ولم تحقق الانطلاقة المرجوة، ولكن هذا لا يشكك في مجهوداتها المبذولة حيث تهدف دراستنا هذه إلى معرفة واقع التجارة الالكترونية بالجزائر في ظل انتشارها الهائل. بهدف معالجة الإشكالية تطرقنا في دراستنا للجانب النظري والتطبيقي في فصلين لموضوع واقع التجارة الالكترونية في الجزائر، باعتماد المنهج الوصفي التحليلي.
