علاقة الوالي بالمجالس المحلية المنتخبة

Abstract

لقد تطرقنا من خلال الفصل الأول إلى المركز القانوني للوالي من خلال تعريفه و خصائصه والإطار التنظيمي الذي يؤطر مهنة أو وظيفة الوالي كممثل للدولة و كممثل للولاية وكذلك ومن خلال الفصل تكلمنا بإسهاب في المبحث الثاني النظام القانوني للمجالس المحلية المنتخبة والإطار القانوني للمجلس الشعبي الولائي و كذلك الاطار القانوني للمجلس الشعبي البلدي وتشكلاتها وصلاحياتها ، وفي الفصل الثاني خصصنا الحديث على رقابة الوالي لكل من المجلس الشعبي الولائي والمجلس الشعبي البلدي بالتفصيل وفي الأخير ختمنا بحثنا بخاتمة إستخلصنا فيها النتائج ووضعنا إقتراحات يمكن أن تضيف للباحث في هذا المجال and also the framework In the second chapter, we devoted the discussion to the supervision of the governor for each of the People's Provincial Council and the Municipal People's Assembly in detail, and in the end we concluded our research with a conclusion in which we extracted the results and put forward proposals that could be added to the researcher in this field.
