Abstract

"ملخص هذه الدراسة الموسومة ب""قواعد الترجيح عند القاضي أبي بكر بن العربي من خلال تفسيره أحكام القرآني –قواعد الترجيح المتعلقة بالنص القرآني أنموذجا-، وكان الإشكال الرئيس فيها هو: ما هي أنواع قواعد الترجيح التي اعتمدها ابن العربي في تفسيره، وما هي مجالاتها؟ وقد سعيت للإجابة عن هذا الإشكال من خلال ثلاثة مباحث: التعريف بالكاتب وصاحب الكتاب، قواعد الترجيح عند ابن العربي من خلال أحكام القرآن (دراسة نظرية)، وقواعد الترجيح المتعلقة بالنص القرآني (دراسة تطبيقية). وقد توصلت إلى جملة من النتائج، لعل أهمها: قواعد الترجيح أصناف مختلفة عند ابن العربي في تفسيره، منها ما يتعلق بالنص القرآني، ومنها ما يتعلق بالسنة والآثار والقرائن، ومنها ما يتعلق باللغة ولسان العرب، وقواعد الترجيح المتعلقة بالسياق وظاهر القرآن والنسخ والمتعلقة باللغة ولسان العرب هي أكثر القواعد استعمالا عند ابن العربي في تفسيره. This study, entitled ""The Rules of Weighting by Judge Abi Bakr Bin Al Arabi, through his interpretation of the Qur'anic rulings - the weighting rules related to the Qur'anic text as a model - and the main problem is: What are the types of weighting rules adopted by Ibn al-Arabi in his interpretation and what are their fields? I sought to answer this problem through three aspects: the definition of the author and the author of the book, the rules of weighting in Ibn al-Arabi through the provisions of the Koran (theoretical study), and the weighting rules related to the Koranic text (applied study).
