واقع ممارسة سلوك المواطنة التنظيمية لدى أساتذة التعليم الثانوي بمدينة المنيعة

Abstract

ملخص: هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى الكشف عن مستوى ممارسة سلوك المواطنة التنظيمية لدى أساتذة التعليم الثانوي بمدينة المنيعة، وكذا معرفة الفروق في سلوك المواطنة التنظيمية لديهم باختلاف الجنس والأقدمية، ولتحقيق هذا الهدف تم تطبيق استبيان على عينة مكونة من 148 أستاذ ، حيث أكدت نتائج هذه الدراسة أن مستوى ممارسة سلوك المواطنة التنظيمية وأبعادها كان مرتفعا، وأنه لا توجد فروق في ممارسة هذا السلوك تعزى لمتغيري الجنس والأقدمية. Abstract: This study aimed to reveal the level of the organizational citizenship behavior practicing among secondary education teachers in the city of Al-Manea. It seeks to identify the differences in their organizational citizenship behavior according to gender and seniority. Results showed that secondary teachers’ organizational citizenship behavior practicing including its dimensions was high, and that there were no differences in the practice of this behavior due to the variables of gender and seniority.
