العوامل المدرسية للتلميذ وعلاقتها بالتسرب الدراسي

Abstract

الملخص: هدفت هذه الدراسة للتعرف عن العوامل المدرسية للتلميذ وعلاقتها بتسربه دراسيا لدى مستويات السنة الرابعة متوسطة وسنة أولى وثانية ثانوي ,ولهذا العرض تم صياغة التساؤلات التالية : - ما علاقة العوامل المدرسية للتلميذ بتسربه دراسيا ؟ و قد تفرع هذا التساؤل إلى مجموعة من التساؤلات الفرعية تمثلت فيما يلي : 1- ما علاقة سلوك التعليمي الخاطئ للأستاذ بتسرب التلميذ دراسيا ؟ 2- ما علاقة صعوبة المحتوى الدراسي و كثافته بتسرب التلميذ دراسيا ؟ 3- ما علاقة جماعة الرفاق المدرسية بتسرب التلميذ دراسيا ؟ ولقد اقتضت طبيعة دراستنا اتباع المنهج الوصفي التحليلي يعد اكثر المناهج استخداما في العلوم الاجتماعية والانسانية مع استخدام مجموعة من التقنيات البحثية للحصول على المعطيات الميدانية ( الاستبيان ) هذه الأخيرة التي طبقت على عينة الدراسة بطريقة قصدية ,وقد احتوى على 35 بندا ,وتمثل مجتمع الدراسة لدى التلميذ المتسربين دراسيا ,وقدرت عينة الدراسة ب 90 تلميذا وتوصلت إلى النتائج التالية : - السلوك التعليمي الخاطئ للأستاذ يؤدي إلى تسرب التلميذ دراسيا . - صعوبة المحتوى الدراسي وكثافته لها علاقة بتسرب التلميذ دراسيا . - جماعة الرفاق المدرسية ليس لها علاقة بتسرب التلميذ دراسيا . و في الأخير يمكن القول بأن العوامل المدرسية للتلميذ لها علاقة بتسربه دراسيا .

Résumé :فرنسية أو انجلزية This study aims to discover the educational factors that lead to dropping out in pupils of fourth grade ,and second grade ,respectively ,In this regard ,we have presented the following question : What is the relationship between the educational factors and dropping out ? This question has split into a number of sub-questions : What is the relationship between the difficulty ( and the density ) of the curriculum the dropping out of pupils ? What is the relationship between friend-groups at school with the dropping out of pupils ? The nature of this study has determined using the analytical-descriptive method ,which is the considered the most used method in social sciences and in the humanities. We have also used a set of research techniques for obtaining the date from field work through the questionnaire, Which has been applied intentionally on the sample as it included 38 items and represented the educational community of the drop outs. The sample in this study included 90 pupils. The study returned with the following results: The incorrect pedagogical style of the teacher leads to the dropping out of pupils. The difficulty and density of the curriculum is related to the dropping out of pupils. The friend-groups at school are irrelevant to the dropping out of pupils. Finally, it maybe stated that the educational factors are related to the dropping out of pupils .
