dc.description.abstractStudy Summary in English: Through this study, we sought to identify the contribution of electronic management to improving performance The employment of workers within the municipality of Qamar in the state of the valley so we did a field study on a sample of workers The municipality of gambling, and the following question was asked: _ Does electronic management contribute to improving the job performance of the employees of the gambling municipality? The following sub-questions are branched out to it : _ Sub-question: _ Does the Internet contribute to improving the job performance of workers? _ Does the software contribute to improving the job performance of workers? _ Does electronic digitization contribute to improving the job performance of workers? In order to answer the previous questions, and then start developing a main hypothesis represented in: _ Does electronic management contribute to improving the job performance of employees in the municipality of Gambar? The sub-hypotheses are as follows: _ The Internet contributes to improving the job performance of the employees of the Qamar municipality . _ The software contributes to improving the job performance of the employees of the Qamar municipality. Electronic digitization contributes to improving the job performance of the employees of the Qamar Municipality. Where we relied in our study on the descriptive approach in collecting to achieve this goal, we used the ،data and data related to the phenomenon of the subject questionnaire as a study tool The questionnaire form within the institution included a sample of 64workers, and we relied on the chance sample as a sample for the study. We have adopted data analysis The questionnaires are based on the Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS). Depending on the correlation coefficients and percentages, the study was able to answer the questions raised in problem, and the following results were obtained: _ Work to provide devices, equipment and modern programs for the application of electronic management for all departments and interests. _ Preparing programs and training courses for various administrative levels in the field of electronic management.
