مدى تمكن طلبة علم النفس وعلوم التربية وعلم الاجتماع المقبلين على التخرج من مهارات إرشاد الأزمات على ضوء بعض المتغيرات

Abstract

الملخص: تعالج الدراسة الحالية موضوع مدى تمكن طلبة علم النفس وعلوم التربية المقبلين على التخرج من مهارات ارشاد الازمات على ضوء بعض المتغيرات. كما اعتمدت الدراسة على المنهج الوصفي بأسلوبه الاستكشافي والسببي المقارن، وذلك باختيار عينة عشوائية طبقية، من كلية العلوم الاجتماعية بالوادي، قوامها 100 طالب مقسمة على متغير المستوى: (ماستر، ليسانس)، الجنس: (ذكور، إناث)، التخصص: (علم النفس، علوم التربية، علم اجتماع) تم تطبيق مقياس مدى التمكن من المهارات الارشادية اللازمة لوقت الازمات لـ (الخوالدة، طنوس، 2017) بعد حساب صدقه وثباته. وبعد جمع النتائج وتبويبها وتحليلها باستخدام الأساليب الإحصائية المناسبة توصلت الدراسة إلى وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في مدى تمكن الطلبة المقبلين على التخرج من مهارات ارشاد الازمات حسب متغير المستوى لصالح الماستر الجنس لصالح الذكور وحسب متغير التخصص عدم وجود فروق وقد أوصت الدراسة بالعمل على تدريب الطلبة على مواجهة جميع الازمات حسب انواعها من جميع المجالات مجال أكاديمي مجال اجتماعي مجال مدرسي. الكلمات المفتاحية : الطلبة - علم النفس – علم الاجتماع – علوم التربية – ارشاد الازمات Abstract : The current study deals with the issue of the extent to which students of psychology and education sciences who are about to graduate are able to acquire crisis counseling skills in the light of some variables. The study also relied on the descriptive approach in its exploratory and causal comparative method, by selecting a stratified random sample, from the Faculty of Social Sciences in the Valley, consisting of 100 students divided on the level variable: (Master, Bachelor), Gender: (males, females), Specialization: (Psychology educational sciences, sociology) The measure of mastery of the indicative skills necessary for the time of crises was applied to (Al-Khawaldeh, Tannous, 2017) after calculating its validity and stability. After collecting, classifying and analyzing the results using appropriate statistical methods, the study concluded that there are statistically significant differences in the extent to which students who are about to graduate are able to master crisis counseling skills according to the level variable in favor of the master’s gender in favor of males and according to the specialization variable. There are no differences. The study recommended working on training students on Facing all kinds of crises from all fields, academic field, social field, school field.
