عناية أبي عبد الملك البوني بمقاصد السنة النبوية من خلال كتابه "تفسير الموطأ" – جمعا ودراسة-

Abstract

"الحمد لله رب العالمين والصلاة والسلام على المبعوث رحمة للعالمين أما بعد: بعد دراستنا لهذا البحث الموسوم بـ"" عناية أبي عبد الملك البوني بمقاصد السنة النبوية من خلال كتابة تفسير الموطأ - جمعا ودراسة - "". والذي تطرقنا فيه إلى معرفة مظاهر عناية الإمام البوني بمقاصد السنة النبوية ، ولمعالجة هذا الإشكال انتهجنا الخطة الآتية: مقدمة وثلاثة مباحث، كما استخدمنا في ذلك عدة مناهج الوصفي، الاستقرائي والتحليلي. وقد خلصنا إلى جملة من النتائج أهمها: أن الإمام كانت له عناية معتبرة بمقاصد السنة النبوية،كونها مهمة من خلال تحقيق مصالح العباد في الدنيا والآخرة ، وإقرار الأحكام الشرعية، ودعوته ""Praise be to Allah, the Lord of the worlds, and prayers and peace be upon the messenger of mercy for the two worlds either after : After our study of this research titled ""Abu Abd al-Malik al-Boni's concern for the purposes of the Prophet's Sunnah through writing the interpretation of the Muwatta' - a collection and a study -"". In which we touched on knowing the manifestations of Imam Al-Boni's concern for the purposes of the Prophet's Sunnah, and to address this problem, we followed the following plan: an introduction and three topics, and we also used several descriptive, inductive and analytical approaches. We have reached a number of results, the most important of which is: that the imam had a significant interest in the purposes of the Prophet’s Sunnah, as it is important through achieving the interests of the people in this world and the Hereafter, and approving the legal rulings, and his call.
