الدعایة الإعلامیة من منظور إسلامي - دارسة تاریخیة تحلیلیة-

Abstract

إنّ مصطلح الدعایة منذ نشأته كان یتمیز بالبشارة و الب ا رءة و الخیر لما یحمله من هدایة وسعادة للبشریة . فجاء المغرضون فحوّلوا الدعایة عن مسارها و استغلوها أسوء استغلال فصارت تحاكي الكذب و الافت ا رء و التزییف و الخداع و تتمسح بمسوح الكید و المكر و التضلیل إلى أن عُدّت من أشدّ أسلحة الحرب النفسیة . لقد استخدمها العدو البغیض و المتمثل في الثالوث الكافر من صهیونیة عالمیة و شیوعیة بلشفیة و صلیبیة غربیة حاقدة فتكت بالشعوب و المجتمعات فأذاقتهم صنوف العذاب من خلال حر وب طاحنة و معارك ضاریة أُزهقت فیها ملایین الأرواح وهتكت فیها الأع ا رض و هدّمت فیها المساجد و المعالم و المقدسات و دّكت فیها المدائن و شُرّد فیها الآمنون . فبسطت نفوذها وأحكمت سیطرتها على مقد ا رت العالم الإسلامي فبنوا بها حضارتهم و طوروا علومهم و تكنولوجیتهم حتى وصلوا إلى تحقیق أهدافهم وغایتهم في فرض نظام عالمي جدید یحكم العالم . وفي ظل هذا الص ا رع صار ل ا زما على أُمة الإسلام أن تستعید مجدها و مكانتها الریادیة الشاهدة على الناس باستغلال هذا السلاح الخطیر بد ا رسته و تطبیق أسالیبه واستخدام وسائله في إنقاذ البشریة و رد كید الأعداء بكشف مخططاتهم و إفشال مؤام ا رتهم و مواجهتهم بسلاحهم بضوابط شرعیة امتثالا لقوله تعالى " وٕان عاقبتم فعاقبوا بمثل ما عوقبتم به ..." فیسود الأمن و الأمان و تسعد البشریة . Information propaganda…from an Islamic persepective The propaganda term was characterized from the beginning by the gospel, the innocence and goodness of what brings guidance and happiness for mankind. Biased people came and put propaganda out of track. They have exploite dit the worst explotation and becam like mimic lies, slander, forgery, and deception . So; it was used in swab maliciousness and deceit and deception to be considered among the most dangerous weapons of psychological warfare. It was used by the obnoxious enemy, represented in the infidel trinity of a worldly Zionism and Bolshevist communism and malevolent Western crusade, that they devastated peoples and communities and made suffering trough a brutal war, and fierce battles wherein milions of lives were lost, and violated women, and destroyed the mosques, monuments and holy sites. They destroyed in the cities,and remained peoples without home. They extended their influence and asserted their control over the capabilities of the islamic world, they built their civilization, and their education and they developed sciences and technology until they reached their goals to impose a new world order that ruled the world. In light of this cinflict, it became imperative for the Nation of Islam to regain its glory and its leading position stele on people exploitiog this dangerous weapon by studying and applying its methods, and by the use of the means of saving mankind and responding the enemy plots to reveal their plans of foiling and confront therm with their weapon through legitimacy cotrols, in compliance with the verse: " and if ye do catch therm out, catch them out no worse than they catch you out. "( sourate Nahle , verse 126 ). Safety and security will be predominated and human beings will be satisfied and happy.
