أثر الاستثمار الأجنبي المباشر على الصادرات دول المغرب العربي

Abstract

"تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تقييم واقع الاستثمار الأجنبي المباشر في المغرب العربي وكذا مقارنة السياسات والخطط التي تضعها المغرب العربي في جذب الاستثمارات الأجنبية المباشرة وتحديد مدى مساهمة الاستثمار الأجنبي المباشر في رفع القيمة الاقتصادية للبلد. ومحاولة إضافة شئ جديد إلى الدراسات السابقة في هذا الميدان. ولقد إستعنا في دراستنا هذه على اختبار التكامل المتزامن ل Johansen ونموذج تصحيح الخطأ الشعاعي، حيث أشارت النتائج إلى وجود علاقة توازنية طويلة الأجل بين المتغيرات محل الدراسة، كما أظهرت معادلة التكامل المشترك أن المتغيرات المتمثلة في الصادرات والاستثمار الأجنبي المباشر، إجمالي تكوين رأس المال الثابت، وإجمالي الإنفاق العام لها أثر إيجابي على الناتج الداخلي الإجمالي الحقيقي، في حين أن معدل الصادرات يؤثر إيجابا على هذا الناتج على المدى الطويل، إضافة إلى ذلك، أظهرت نتائج اختبار سببية Granger في إطار نموذج تصحيح الخطأ الشعاعي أن المتغيرات المستقلة في نموذج تصحيح الخطأ يمكن اعتبارها مجتمعة على أنها متغيرات خارجية. وعلى ضوء هذه النتائج، يمكن القول بأن جذب المزيد من الصادرات والاستفادة منها وتسخيرها في زيادة الاستثمارات الأجنبية المباشرة يتطلب العمل على تحقيق ما يلي: - ضرورة تحقيق الاستقرار الاقتصادي وتشجيع مختلف السياسات التي تهدف إلى تعزيز التكامل بين الاستثمار الأجنبي المباشر والاستثمار المحلي لضمان زيادة الصادرات وزيادة الدخل الوطني. - ضمان الاستقرار السياسي والقضاء على العنف، إضافة إلى تحسين نوعية الخدمات العمومية وتقليل البيروقراطية المرهقة.

"" This study aims to assess the reality of foreign direct investment in the Maghreb, as well as compare the policies and plans set by the Maghreb in attracting foreign direct investment, and determine the extent to which foreign direct investment contributes to raising the economic value of the country. And trying to add something new to previous studies in this field. In our study, we used Johansen's simultaneous integration test and the radial error correction model, where the results indicated the existence of a long-term equilibrium relationship between the variables under study, and the co-integration equation showed that the variables represented in exports and foreign direct investment, total fixed capital formation, Total public spending has a positive effect on real GDP, while the rate of exports positively affects this output in the long run. In addition, the results of the Granger causality test under the radial error correction model showed that the independent variables in the error correction model can be considered combined as exogenous variables. In light of these results, it can be said that attracting more exports, benefiting from them and harnessing them to increase foreign direct investment requires working to achieve the following: The necessity of achieving economic stability and encouraging various policies aimed at promoting integration between foreign direct investment and domestic investment to ensure increased exports and national income. Ensuring political stability and eliminating violence, in addition to improving the quality of public services and reducing burdensome bureaucracy.
