Abstract

"تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على مساهمة المؤسسات الصغيرة والمتوسطة في تنويع هيكل الصادرات من خلال دراسة تشخيص واقعها بتحديد تعدادها وتعداد العمالة فيها، تطورها وكذا النشاطات المهيمنة والتي تمكنها من تعزيز مكانتها في الاقتصاد واعتبارها كأحد القطاعات المعول عليها من أجل تنويع الصادرات خارج قطاع الصادرات، وأيضا هدفت الدراسة لدراسة مؤشرات كل من الجزائر والسعودية خلال 2000-2021. خلصت الدراسة إلى أن قطاع المؤسسات الصغيرة والمتوسطة لا يزال لم يصل مستوى المساهمة المرجوة منه في تنويع الصادرات ويعزى ذلك إلى الكثير من المشكلات التي أقعدتها عن القيام بدورها في تنمية الاقتصاد الوطني. " "This study aims to identify the contribution of small and medium-sized enterprises to the diversification of the export structure through a diagnostic study of their reality by determining their number and the number of employment in them, their development, as well as the dominant activities that enable them to strengthen their position in the economy and be considered as one of the reliable sectors in order to diversify exports outside the export sector, and also the study aimed to study the indicators of both Algeria and Saudi Arabia during 2000-2021. The study concluded that the SME sector still has not reached the level of its desired contribution to the diversification of exports due to many problems that have prevented it from playing its role in the development of the national economy.
