موقف محمد حمزة من السنة النبوية من خلال كتابه الحديث النبوي ومكانته في الفكر الاسلامي الحديث

Abstract

يقوم هذا البحث بدراسة موقف محمد حمزة من السنة النبوية من خلال كتابه "الحديث النبوي ومكانته في الفكر الإسلامي الحديث" - دراسة نقدية- وقد انبنى من مقدمة وثلاثة مباحث وخاتمة، حيث خصصت المقدمة للتعريف بالموضوع وأهميته وأسباب اختياره، ثم اشتمل المبحث الأول على موقف محمد حمزة من مصطلح السنة والحديث، أما المبحث الثاني فكان موقفه من تدوين الحديث، ثم ختمت الدراسة بمبحث أخير خُصص لموقفه من عصمة النبي ، وقد خلص البحث إلى جملة من النتائج أهمها أن الشبهات التي أثارها الحداثيون العرب عبارة عن نسيج أثارها القدامى من مشككي السنة المطهرة، وأنهم قصدوا التقليد. This research aims to study Muhammad Hamza's attitude of the Sunnah through his book "The Prophetic Hadith and his Position in the Islamic Thought" using a critical study. This study includes an introduction , three chapters and conclusion. The introduction is mainly concerned with the definition of the topic, its importance and the reasons of its choice. The first chapter deals with the problematic of both terms the "Sunnah" and "Hadith", while the second chapter is directed to his attitude on the codification of the Hadith. Finally the study is concluded with the third and final chapter which is devoted to his position from the infallibility of the Prophet (PBUH).). After all the above, I reached that the suspicions raised by Arab modernists are a fabric of ancient antiquity of skeptics of the Sunnah and they have meant the imitation.
