Abstract

The summary This study aims to reconstruct a formative program according to the constructivist cognitive theory of early childhood education training under Ministerial Program No. (050709), and to achieve the objectives of this study, the descriptive approach was adopted by the method of content analysis, and a tool for the study was adopted, represented by the content analysis tool prepared by the two researchers, where It consisted of two professional and academic fields, subdivided into 68 indicators, and its validity and reliability were verified. The study sample included the ministerial program of the vocational training and apprenticeship sector specializing in first childhood education No. (050709). During the analysis of the content of the ministerial program under study, it was found that the program suffers from a defect and does not meet the purposes of training the kindergarten educator, and based on its strengths and weaknesses, a training program was reconstructed according to the constructivist theory of early childhood education .
