تعد الجريمة الإلكترونية ظاهرة مستجدة عرفها العالم بظهور التكنولوجيا والثورة المعلوماتية، إلا أنها في الآونة الأخيرة شهدت انتشا ا ر كبي ا ر حيث مسّت كافة فئات المجتمع، ومن بين الفئات التي ارتبطت بها هاته الجريمة فئةالأحداث والم ا رهقين الذين أدت بهم إلى الجنوح والانح ا رف والدخول إلى عالم الإج ا رم،حيث ساهمت وسائل التواصل الاجتماعية والمواقع الإلكترونية في هاته الظاهرتين بشكل جعل العالم يستنفر ويسخر كل إمكانياته من قوانين وإج ا رءات وتنسيق دولي بين الدول للحد منها.Cybercrime is an emerging phenomenon known to the world as the advent of technology and the information revolution in recent times, however, it has been very widespread, affecting all segments of society, Among the groups associated with this crime are juveniles and adolescents who have led to delinquency, delinquency and entry into the world of criminality. social media and websites have contributed to these phenomena in such a way that the world mobilizes and harnesses all its possibilities from laws, procedures and international coordination between States to reduce them.
