dc.description.abstractAbstract: The elements and components of the educational system constitute an integrated, overlapping and interactive system, if any change occurred in one element of this system, it would necessarily cause a change at the level of the other components. The teacher is one of these components, but rather he is the corner stone of the educational process and a key component for a high quality education, consequently the success of the implementation of the competency-based depends on an effective teacher-training program that meets the requirements of this approach.en_US
