This study aims to identify the relationship between psychological compatibility and motivation to learn. In order to achieve the aforementioned approach, using the psychological compatibility scale and the motivation scale to learn on sample of 100 pupils from the middle school Hamdi Ammar in Al JadidaDebilla .
they were chosen in a simple random way(R)and the (T)test, using the help of(SPSS) The following results were reached:
-There is no rellation between psychological compatibility and motivation to learn among fourth pupils middle school
-There are differences between males and females of fourth pupils middle school in the psycological compatibility scale
-There are differences between males and females of fourth pupils middle school motivation to learn scale.
