Abstract

الملخص تهدف هذه لدراسة إلى التعرف على الإستراتيجية التنظيمية ودورها في فعالية أداء المنتخبين لدي المجالس المنتخبةللمجلس الشعبي الولائي لولاية الوادي، وقد تم الانطلاق من التساؤل الرئيس التالي: هل للإستراتيجية التنظيمية دور في فاعلية أداء المنتخبين للمجلس الشعبي الولائي لولاية الوادي؟ ولتبيان ذلك تم تقسمه إلى مجموعة من التساؤلات الفرعية التالية: 1. هل الرسالة الإستراتيجية لها دور في فاعلية أداء المنتخبين؟ 2. هل البديل الاستراتيجي له تأثير في فاعلية أداء المنتخبين؟ 3. هل فعالية الاتصال التنظيمي لها دور في فاعلية أداء المنتخبين؟ 4. هل المناخ التنظيمي له دور في زيادة فعالية أداءالمنتخبين ؟ وللوصول إلى النتائجتم في هذه الدراسة الاعتماد على المنهج الوصفي وقد استخدام العينة القصدية عن طريق المسح الشاملمتمثلة في 37 منتخب من المجلس الشعبي الولائي، ومن بين أهم النتائج التي توصلنا إليها: 1. الرسالة الإستراتيجية لها دور في فاعلية أداء المنتخبين. 2. البديل الاستراتيجي له تأثير في فاعلية أداء المنتخبين. 3. فعالية الاتصال التنظيمي له دور في فاعلية أداء المنتخبين. 4. المناخ التنظيمي له دور في زيادة فعالية أداء المنتخبين. الكلمات المفتاحية :الاستراتيجية التنظيمية، فعالية أداء المنتخبين لدى المجالس المنتخبة ، الرسالة الاستراتيجية، البديل الاستراتيجي .

Abstract: The aim of this study is to investigate the organizational strategy and its role in the effectiveness of the performance of elected members in the selected councils of the people's provincial council for the state of El-Oued. The main research question that has been formulated is as follow : 1) Does organizational strategy play a role in the effectiveness of the performance of elected members in the people's provincial council for the state of El-Oued? 2) In order to elucidate this, it has been divided into a set of the following sub-questions : • Does the strategic message play a role in the effectiveness of the performance of elected members? • Does the organizational climate have an impact on the effectiveness of the performance of elected members? • Does the effectiveness of organizational communication have an impact on the effectiveness of the performance of elected members ? • Does strategic alternative play a role in enhancing the effectiveness of the performance of elected members? To achieve the results, this study relied on a descriptive methodology, utilizing a purposive sample obtained through a comprehensive survey . the sample consisted 37 elected members from the people's provincial council. Among the key findings that were reached are the following: • The strategic message plays a role in the effectiveness of the performance of elected members • The strategic alternative plays a role in the effectiveness of the performance of elected members. • The organizational climate plays a role in the effectiveness of the performance of elected members. • Organizational communication plays a role in the effectiveness of the performance of elected members.
