Abstract

The word economics has greatly changed through economic globalization constraints such as reuniting the world economic system on basis of free market and the release of international trade , in addition of regional alliances, So ,Algeria makes and attempt to find its place during these changes especially, it remains in transformation phase into a free market that leads to the release of External Trade Sector. Now-days ,within the framework of economic release, Algeria seeks to the integration of world economics .in order to avoid being far from the world economic developments . Thus ,Algeria has ratified bilateral and multilateral treaties, such as the partnership with European Union and it attempts to join WTO (World Trade Organization);So that many question and issues are supposed to be discussed such as effects of this openness upon agricultural sector especially on agricultural commercial balance. And from here ,the problem is around the impact of foreign trade liberalization on Algerian agricultural trade balance.
