| dc.description.abstract | ولقد شهدت السنوات الأخيرة كما هائلا من الأبحاث والدراسات المتعلقة بجوانب قانونية دولية مختلفة لحماية البيئة ساهمت في صياغة قواعده وأحكامه، وكذا عقدت عدة مؤتمرات دولية في هذا الشأن، كما تم توقيع العديد من الاتفاقيات والمعاهدات التي تضع أسسا لحماية البيئة والتصدي للمشاكل البيئية كون أن هذه الأخيرة ذات طابع دولي بطبيعتها أو مشاكل بلا حدود، ولا يقتصر الطابع الدولي لمشاكل البيئة على طبيعتها في حد ذاتها في أنها تتجاوز الحدود المكانية أو الجغرافية للدول، ولكنه يمتد أيضا ليشمل الإجراءات الرامية الى مكافحة هذه المشاكل، فإجراءات حماية البيئة تتسم – بطبيعتها- بالطابع الدولي | en_US |
