"أثر تدابير تيسير التجارة على عدالة توزيع الدخل دراسة حالة لمجموعة من الدول العربية للفترة من 2007 الى 2019 "

Abstract

" تحاول هذه الدراسة قياس وتحليل أثر تدابير تيسير التجارة المتمثلة في مؤشر ربط الشحن البحري، ومؤشر حركة الحاويات في الميناء، ومؤشر جودة البنية التحتية للموانئ ، ومؤشر عبء الإجراءات الجمركية في عدالة توزيع الدخل، معبرا عنها بكل من نصيب العامل ونصيب الفرد من الناتج المحلي الإجمالي للدول محل الدراسة (الجزائر، مصر، موريتانيا، المغرب، تونس)، خلال الفترة الزمنية (2007-2019)، ولتحقيق ذلك استخدمت الدراسة منهج بيانات البانل بواسطة تطبيق ثلاث نماذج قياسية وهي النموذج المدمج و نموذج الأثار الثابتة و نموذج الأثار العشوائية، وخلصت النتائج الى أن تحسين جودة الاتصال بشبكات الشحن البحري وتخفيف عبء الإجراءات الجمركية يعمق من اللامساواة في توزيع الدخل في الدول محل الدراسة، في حين تؤدي جودة البنية التحتية للموانئ وحركة الحاويات الى زيادة حجم التجارة مما ينعكس إيجابا على نصيب العامل وزيادة الناتج المحلي الإجمالي " " This study attempts to measure and analyze the impact of trade facilitation measures represented by the sea freight linkage index, the container movement index in the port, the port infrastructure quality index, and the burden of customs procedures index on the fairness of income distribution, expressed by both the worker’s share and the per capita GDP of countries The subject of the study (Algeria, Egypt, Mauritania, Morocco, Tunisia), during the time period (2007-2019), and to achieve this, the study used the panel data method by applying three standard models, which are the combined model, the fixed effects model, and the random effects model Improving the quality of communication with shipping networks and reducing the burden of customs procedures deepens the inequality in the distribution of income in the countries under study, while the quality of port infrastructure and container traffic increases the volume of trade, which is reflected positively on the share of the worker and the increase in gross domestic product.
