Abstract
يعد المزاد الالكتروني من المواضيع المهمة و الحديثة نسبيا في التعامل التجاري و ان ما كتب عنه بشكل مستقل قليل ونادر جدا، بالإضافة الى المبادئ و الاليات التي تختلف عن المزاد التقليدي التي لم يألفها المستهلك، من خلال هذه الورقة البحثية نسلط الضوء على المزاد الالكتروني في ظل التجارة الالكترونية مبرزين الجانب المفاهيمي لكليهما، والى التطورات التي وصلا اليها، بالإضافة الى تقديم حالة واقعية عن المزاد الالكتروني من المملكة العربية السعودية، مستخدمين في ذلك المنهج الوصفي للإلمام بالجانب النظري للموضوع، و المنهج التحليلي لتحليل الجداول و الإحصائيات و الاشكال من اجل الخروج بنتائج، و قد توصلت الدراسة الى ان المزاد الالكتروني يشهد تطورا متسارعا في العديد من الدول و خاصة مع جائحة كورونا اذ ساهم بفعالية في تسهيل التجارة الالكترونية نظرا للميزات التي يقدمها سواء للمشتري او البائع او المجتمع. The electronic auction is one of the
important and relatively modern topics in
commercial dealings, and what was
written about it independently is very few
and rare, in addition to the principles and
mechanisms that differ from the
traditional auction that the consumer is
not familiar with. Through this research
paper, we highlight the electronic auction
in light of Electronic commerce,
highlighting the conceptual side of both,
and the developments they reached, in
addition to presenting a realistic case of
the electronic auction from the Kingdom
of Saudi Arabia, using the descriptive
approach to familiarize yourself with the
theoretical side of the subject, and the
analytical approach to analyze tables,
statistics and figures in order to come up
with results, The study concluded that the
electronic auction is witnessing rapid
development in many countries,
especially with the Corona pandemic, as it
effectively contributed to facilitating
electronic commerce due to the
advantages it provides, whether to the
buyer, seller or society
