Abstract
Abstract:
The problematic of this study is around the nature of relationship between the
organized culture and the organized commitment of workers in Sonalgaz
company in El oued, the study is based on the question: - Is there a link between
the organized culture and the organized commitment for the workers of
Sonalgaz in El oued ?.
Some sub questions are derived:
- Is there a link between organized culture and emotional commitment for
workers of Sonelgaz ?.
- Is there a link between organized culture and the continued commitment
for workers of Sonelgaz ?.
- Is there a link between organized culture and criterion commitment for
workers of Sonelgaz ?.
This study is based on the descriptive method as it goes with the nature of this
topic. We took into account a specimen of workers from Sonelgaz Company in
El oued . We set a questionnaire of (35) questions divided into four groups, the
informants are seventy (70) from (316) workers.
The findings showed that there is a statical relationship between organized
culture and organized commitment, them also showed that there is no statical
relationship between organized culture and emotional commitment for workers.
