Abstract
فإنّ هذا البحث الموسوم "مختلِف الحديث عند أبي محمّد الحُسين البغويّ من خلال كتابه شرح السنّة - جمعا ودراسة-"، دراسة لكتاب حافلٍ، وعد فيه مؤلفه أن يحلَّ مُشكلات أحاديثه، ويُجيب عمّا أشكل منها ممّا ظاهره الاختلاف والتّناقض، فجاءت هذه الدِّراسة لتستخرج ذاك المكنون، وتجلِّيَ ذاك المكنوز، وتقف على منهج هذا الإمام في دفع تلك الاختلافات، وأنواع الأجوبة التي استخدمها في دفع المُشكلات، في ضوء خطّة تقوم على جمع تلك المسائل، ودراسة أفرادٍ منها دراسة مفصّلة تشمل أنواع المسالك وجملة الوجوه والقواعد التي استخدمها الإمام البغوي في أجوبته وتوجيهاته.
وقد خلُص البحث إلى جملة من النّتائج، كان من أهمها:
أنّ العناية بمختِلف الحديث أحد المقاصد الّتي صُنّف كتاب شرح السنّة لحلّها، وقد أثبتت الدّراسة وفاء مصنّفه بذلك، حيث بلغ عدد مسائل المختِلف فيه 123 مسألة.
أنّ أهمّ موارد كتاب شرح السنّة في الكشف عن مختلِف الحديث هو جامع الإمام التّرمذي، ومصنّفات الإمام الخطّابي.
عناية الإمام البغويّ الفائقة بنقل أقوال من سبقه من أهل العلم في طريقة تعاملهم مع الأحاديث المختلفة في الظاهر، مع تأييد أحدها تارة، والتّعقب على بعضها تارة أخرى، وكثيرا ما ينقلها ولا يعلِّق عليها.
تبيّن - لي- من خلال مسائل الدّراسة، وبعض المسائل الإضافيّة أنّ الإمام البغوي لا تتوجّه عنايته إلى حشْد الأدلة في تأييد المسلك أو القول الذي يختاره، وإنّما يذكر في الغالب الدّليل الأقوى أو الأشهر.
Abstracts
This research is tagged "Different hadiths according to Abu Muhammad al-Hussein al-Baghawi through his book Sharh al-Sunna - a collection and a study -", a study of a rich book, in which its author promised to solve the problems of his hadiths, and to answer what he was confusing about, including the apparent difference and contradiction, so this study came to extract that hidden And the manifestation of that treasured treasure, and you stand on the approach of this imam in repelling those differences, and the types of answers that he used in repelling problems, in the light of a plan based on collecting these issues, and studying individuals from them in a detailed study that includes the types of paths and the number of faces and rules that Imam Al-Baghawi used in his answers and directives .
The research reached a number of results, the most important of which were:
Taking care of the various hadiths is one of the purposes for which the book Explanation of the Sunnah was compiled to solve, and the study has proven that its compiler fulfilled that, as the number of different issues in it reached 123 issues.
That the most important resources of the book Explanation of the Sunnah in revealing the various hadiths is the mosque of Imam al-Tirmidhi, and the compilations of Imam al-Khattabi.
Imam Al-Baghawi's great care in transmitting the sayings of those who preceded him from the scholars in the way they deal with hadiths that are apparently different, while supporting one of them at times, and tracking down some of them at other times, and he often transmits them and does not comment on them.
It became clear - to me - through the issues of the study, and some additional issues, that Imam Al-Baghawi does not direct his attention to gathering evidence in support of the path or saying he chooses, but rather mentions mostly the strongest or most famous evidence.
