Abstract

لقد تمكن قطاع العدالة، من قطع أشواط معتبرة، في مجال استخدام تكنولوجيات الاعلام والاتصال والتحول نحو العالم الرقمي إذ تم تجسيد عديد المشاريع بغية الوصول إلى عدالة عصرية بالمعايير الدولية لا سيما في مجال تسهيل اللجوء إلى القضاء لكافة شرائح المجتمع، وتبسيط وتحسين الاجراءات القضائية، وترقية أساليب التسيير القضائي والإداري وكذا توفير وتطوير الخدمات القضائية عن بعد لفائدة المواطنين والمتقاضين ومساعدي العدالة. ورقمنة مرفق العدالة هو الوسيلة التي تؤدي الى تحسين الخدمة العمومية وتقريب العدالة من المواطن وليست غايةً في حد ذاتها ، كون الغاية التي يؤديها مرفق العدالة هو تطبيق القانون وتحقيق مبدأ الانصاف.
