أثر تطبيق نظام الادارة البيئية في تحسين الأداء البيئي في المؤسسة: دراسة حالة شركة بوديالك للتمور بالوادي

Abstract

تهدف هذه الدراسة الى دراسة أثر تطبيق نظام الإدارة البيئية في تحسين الأداء البيئي للمؤسسة، ولمعالجة هذا البحث اعتمدنا على المنهج الوصفي لتوضيح الإطار النظري لكل من نظام الإدارة البيئية وتحسين الأداء البيئي، أما الجانب التطبيقي فقد اعتمدنا على منهج دراسة حالة من خلال تصميم استبيان تضمنت الجوانب الرئيسية لمحاور البحث، وقد تم توزيع 32 استمارة على موظفي شركة بوديالك للتمور بالوادي، وتوصلت الدراسة الى مجموعة من النتائج أهمها: -يوجد الرغبة في تطبيق نظام الإدارة البيئية وفق عينة الدراسة عند مستوى معنوي 5% مقبول ومعنوي. -يوجد أداء بيئي مرتفع وفق عينة الدراسة عند مستوى معنوية 5% مقبول ومعنوي. -يوجد أثر ذو دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى 5% للإدارة البيئية على الأداء البيئي. " "This study aims to examine the impact of implementing an Environmental Management System (EMS) on improving the environmental performance of an organization. To address this research, we adopted a descriptive approach to clarify the theoretical framework of both the EMS and environmental performance improvement. For the practical aspect, we used a case study method by designing a questionnaire that included the main aspects of the research axes. A total of 32 forms were distributed to the employees of Boudialk Date Company in El Oued. The study reached a set of results, the most important of which are: -There is a desire to implement the Environmental Management System according to the study sample at a significant and acceptable level of 5%. -There is a high environmental performance according to the study sample at a significant and acceptable level of 5%. -There is a statistically significant effect at the 5% level of environmental management on environmental performance.
