مساهمة انظمة المعلومات في تحقيق الميزة التنافسية

Abstract

هدفت الدراسة إلى تحديد دور نظم المعلومات في تحقيق الميزة التنافسية من خلال تحديد موارد نظم المعلومات والمتمثلة في: الأجهزة، قواعد البيانات، البرمجيات، شبكات الاتصال، الافراد " ومدى تأثيرها على خصائص الميزة التنافسية، ومن خلال تحليل إحصائي باستخدام برنامج الحزمة الإحصائية للعلوم الاجتماعية spss لعينة عشوائية من موظفي مؤسسة موبيليس بولاية الوادي، تم جمعها اعتمادا على استبيان يشمل فقرات لكل من موارد نظم المعلومات وخصائص الميزة التنافسية. وتم التوصل لمجموعة من النتائج أبرزها: وجود أثر ذو دلالة إحصائية لدور نظم المعلومات في تحقيق الميزة التنافسية.
