مستوى جودة الخدمات الصحية بالمؤسسات الاستشفائية من وجهة نظر المرضى المزمنين

Abstract

تهدف الدراسة إلى الكشف عن مستوى جودة الخدمات الصحية لدى مرضى الامراض المزمنة في المستشفيات العمومية (تقرت، المغير، الوادي)، حيث تمت صياغة التساؤل العام على النحو الآتي: ما مستوى جودة الخدمات الصحية لدى مرضى المستشفيات العمومية؟ استخدم مقياس جودة الخدمات الصحية لـ: (عتيق عائشة،2012) الذي يحتوي في صورته النهائية على 28 بند، وطبقت على عينة قدرها 68 مريض ومريضة، وتوصلت الدراسة إلى أن مستوى جودة الخدمات الصحية لدى العينة المدروسة متوسطة، ثم ناقشنا النتائج على غرار جودة الخدمات الصحية في بعض الدراسات السابقة. Abstract: The study aims at revealing the level of health commitment among patients with chronic diseases in public hospitals in Touggourt, in which the general question was formulated as follow: What is the level of health commitment among patients in public hospitals? The health commitment scale was used for: (Atik Aicha, 2012), which contains 28 items in its final form, and it was applied on a sample of 68 males and females patients. The study has reached that the level of Quality of health services among the studied sample is average. Then we discussed the results based on the Quality of health services in some of the previous other studies.
