دور الفيسبوك في انتاج التسامح الاجتماعي من وجهة نظرا الاستاذ الجامعي

Abstract

الملخص: لقد أدى التطور الهائل في تكنولوجيا الاتصال الحديثة، إلى ظهور نوع جديد من التواصل، هو التواصل عبر التقنية، وهذا ما وفرته شبكات التواصل الاجتماعي منذ ظهورها، لذا سعينا من خلال هذه الدراسة إلى معرفة الدور الذي تؤديه شبكات التواصل (الفيس بوك) في نشر قيم التسامح الاجتماعية، وذلك انطلاقا من دراسات سابقة أثبتت أن هذه الشبكات تقوم بأدوار داخل المجتمعات شانها شان وسائل الإعلام الأخرى. ومما لا شك فيه أن العالم المعاصر يعيش مرحلة تحول كبرى اختزل من خلالها عامل الزمن، وأصبحت الشبكات الاجتماعية هي البديل المماثل لأنشطة الماضي التقليدية، وحالة التفاعل بين مجتمعات اليوم مع البيئة والمحيط هي التي تسيطر على النظام الاتصالي بدرجة لافتة للنظر، وهو ما أدى إلى تغيرات جذرية مست جميع مجالات الحياة، ومن هنا يمكن القول إن شبكات التواصل الاجتماعي أحدثت طفرة نوعية، ليس فقط في مجال الاتصال بين الافراد والجماعات، بل في نتاج وتأثير هذا الاتصال. إذ كشفت دراستنا أن لهذا التواصل تأثير على قيم التسامح الاجتماعية من وجهة نظر الأستاذ الجامعي وان استخدام المواقع الاجتماعية (الفيس بوك ) انموذجا يمكن من اكتساب أفكار وقيم جديدة، فقضاء وقت طويل في تصفح مواقع الشبكات الاجتماعية ووضع المشاركات والرد على مشاركات الآخرين و الاطلاع على المضامين المنشورة يجعل المستخدم يتأثر بما يراه، إلا أن الأثر لا يعني بالضرورة تغيير السلوكيات والأفكار والاتجاهات التي كانت سائدة من قبل، بل يعني أيضا تعزيزها والمحافظة عليها، فلقد كشفت الدراسة أن شبكات التواصل الاجتماعي (الفيس بوك ) تلعب دور في نشر قيم التسامح الاجتماعية الايجابية من وجهة نظر الأستاذ الجامعي ، وتزيد من تمسكهم بها كقيم التضامن ،نبذ العنف و الدفاع عن القيم الإنسانية وغيرها... وبالمقابل التعرض لمضامين الشبكات الاجتماعية قد يؤثر سلبا على بعض القيم السائدة في المجتمعات، وبالتالي شبكات التواصل الاجتماعي سلاح ذو حدين، فهي بقدر ما تقدم خدمات جليلة للأفراد والجماعات من نشر لقيم التسامح وتمكنهم من التواصل وتوسيع رقعة الاحتكاك والتبادل الاجتماعي القيمي، بقدر ما تساهم أيضا في بعض المحطات لزيادة في نشر بعض الأفكار والقيم السلبية. الكلمات المفتاحية: التسامح الاجتماعي، الفيسبوك، التواصل الاجتماعي

Summary The tremendous development in modern communication technology has led to the emergence of a new type of communication, which is communication through technology, and this is what social networking has provided since its emergence. Social tolerance, based on previous studies that proved that these networks play similar roles within societies like other media. There is no doubt that the contemporary world is going through a major transformation phase in which the factor of time has been reduced, and social networks have become the alternative similar to the traditional activities of the past, and the state of interaction between today's societies with the environment and the ocean is what dominates the communicative system to a remarkable degree, which led to changes It has radically affected all areas of life, and from here it can be said that social networks have brought about a qualitative leap, not only in the field of communication between individuals and groups, but in the product and impact of this communication. Our study revealed that this communication has an impact on the values of social tolerance from the university professor’s point of view and that the use of social sites (Facebook) as a model that enables the acquisition of new ideas and values, spending a long time browsing social networking sites, posting posts, responding to others’ posts and accessing the contents The published article makes the user affected by what he sees, but the effect does not necessarily mean changing the behaviors, ideas and trends that were prevalent before, but also means promoting and maintaining them. The study revealed that social networks (Facebook) play a role in spreading positive social tolerance values from The university professor’s point of view, and increasing their adherence to it, such as the values of solidarity, renunciation of violence and defending human values and others... On the other hand, exposure to the contents of social networks may negatively affect some of the prevailing values in societies, Thus, social networks are a double-edged sword, as they provide great services to individuals and groups in spreading the values of tolerance and enable them to communicate and expand the area of friction and social value exchange, as much as they contribute to some stations to increase the dissemination of some negative ideas and values.
