Abstract

"حاولت الدراسة الكشف عن مساهمة الإدارة المدرسية في حل المشكلات الصفية من وجهة نظر الأساتذة, وذلك من خلال الكشف عن ما إذا كانت هناك مساهمات للمدير ولمستشار التربية ولمستشار التوجيه في حل المشكلات الصفية, حيث إستخدامنا المقابلة مع المدير ومستشار التربية وكذا مستشار التوجيه, للتعرف على مهامه داخل المؤسسة, وكذا إستخدمنا الإستمارة , وتم تطبيقها على عينة من الأساتذة قوامها 84 أستاذ من بينهم 40 أستاذ و44أستاذة, وهي عينة قصدية, ""بثانوية بوشوشة المختلطة"" و ""ثانوية عبد العزيز الشريف"" بولاية الوادي, ولقد تم الإعتماد على المنهج الوصفي في الدراسة, وتم معالجة البيانات إحصائيا عن طريق الجداول التقاطعية البسيطة, وذلك للكشف عن مساهمة الإدارة المدرسية في حل المشكلات الصفية من وجهة نظر الأساتذة, ولقد توصلت الدراسة إلى النتائج التالية: للمدير مساهمة في حل المشكلات الصفية من وجهة نظر الأساتذة, وذلك من خلال قيامه بتسيير مؤسسه بالأسلوب الديمقراطي الذي يسمح بتكوين العلاقات, ومنه خلق الحوار والتفاعل بين جميع العاملين, وكذا التلاميذ بحيث يسمح لهم بالإتصال والتواصل معه حول إنشغالاتهم وحاجاتهم, وكذا الإتصال بالأساتذة حول أوضاع التلاميذ وذلك من خلال الزيارات الدورية للأقسام. لمستشار التربية مساهمة في حل المشكلات الصفية من وجهة نظر الأساتذة وذلك من خلال قيامه بتقديم مساعدة للأساتذة في تقويم سلوكات التلاميذ وإعلامه بالحالات الخاصة وذلك لمعرفة كيفية التعامل معها ومواجهتها, والعمل على إنضباط التلاميذ, وهذا كله نتيجة إتصال وتواصل بين الأستاذ ومستشار التربية وذلك من خلال الوقوف أمام كل مايعيق أمام تحقيق هذا النظام ومواجهة كل المشكلات التي يتبادر بها التلاميذ فيطبق القانو والعقاب على كل من يبادر بهذه المشكلات وأنواعها. لمستشار التوجيه مساهمة في حل المشكلات الصفية من وجهة نظر الأساتذة, وذلك من خلال قيامه بالمهام التي يؤديها مستشار التوجيه والتي تتمثل في التوجيه المدرسي وتأدية دوره على أكمل وجه من مساعدة ونصح وإرشاد للأساتذة بخصوص تفهم حاجات التلاميذ كما أن هناك إتصال بينه وبين الأساتذة حول إنشغالات التلاميذ لتقوية العلاقة في إيجاد الحلول للمشكلات "The study attempted to reveal the contribution of the school administration in solving the problems of the classroom from the point of view of the teachers by revealing whether there are contributions to the director the education counselor and the guidance counselor in solving the class problems.
