dc.description.abstractThis study aimed to highlight on the SWOT as a mechanism for diagnosis the internal and external environment of the organization, and how does it contribute to achieving competitive superiority in Ben Houhou mills- chatma- Biskra. In order to achieve this goal, the study relied on the descriptive analytical approach in presenting data related to the variables of the study, and the case study of the Ben Houhou mills- chatma, in which the interview method, and accounting information were applied as data collection tools. The study concluded that the SWOT model is one of the most important strategic analysis tools that helps the organization must know Strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats in order to obtain a competitive superiority.
