dc.description.abstractThe study aimed to clarify and to demonstrate the impact of the investment formulas on achieving the targets of Al Baraka Bank of Algeria, and the branches of Skikda and Annaba were taken as a sample for the study. Through the field survey and application of the tool on the sample and analysis using the program (SPSS V. 21). The study found that there is a statistically significant impact of compliance with Shariah rules when applying financial investment formulas in achieving the targets of Al Baraka Bank of Algeria. The study suggested that attention be given to the personal characteristics of the employees, specifically the academic specialization variableen_US
