سياسة التجديد الفلاحي و الريفي و إنعكاسها على القطاع الفلاحي في ولاية بومرداس

Abstract

Agriculture is of major importance to Algeria’s economy which aims to eliminate dependency on food imports and achieve self-reliance. To attain this goal, the state implemented a number of agricultural policies consistent with the prevailing circumstances at the time to develop the Agricultural sector and enhance economic and local development. However, the sector faced challenges that existing policies failed to address, hampering the move towards achieving the established objectives directed by food security. This situation prompted the state to take new measures to overcome the shortcoming in policies by introducing a new approach to the development of the agricultural economy known as “Agricultural and Rural Renewal Policy”.
