Abstract
Abstract
This study aims to highlight the role played by organizational
communication within the Algerian institution and its impact on the
performance of employees.
The study included a main question:
- To what extent does organizational communication contribute to
the increase in the performance of employees within the Algerian
institution? Two main questions arise from this main question:
1. Does the institution's reliance on formal communication increase
staff performance?
2. Is the lack of the institution's dependence on informal
communication leads to increased employee functionality?
The descriptive approach was used to identify the nature of the
relationship between organizational communication and functional
performance and the impact of organizational communication on
the performance of employees. The sample included 51 individuals
from the Algerian institution. The sample was randomly selected.
Among the results reached were:
- We conclude that relying on the forms of formal communication
(ascending, descending, horizontal) within the institution increases
the performance of tasks among employees within the Algerian
institution.
- We conclude that the lack of reliance on informal
communications does not lead to increased performance of tasks among employees within the Algerian institution.
