Abstract

"دف هذه الدراسة إلى اختبار العلاقة بين الثقافة التنظيمية كمحدد وإدارة المعرفة كمقاربة لبناء وتمكين المعرفة داخل شركات التأمين الجزائرية ،CAATكما دف إلى التعرف على هذين المفوومين في أدبيات الإدارة، صممت لهذا الغرض استبانة شملت الخصائص الشخصية للمبحوثين ومتغيري الدراسة، و وزعت على عينة عشوائية من مستخدمي هذه الشركة عبر عدد ولايات الجنوب من ولايات الوطن.أظهرت النتائج أن اتجاه العينة المبحوثة نحو الثقافة التنظيمية وإدارة المعرفة كان مت وسطا يعزى إلى ضعف الإدراك لدى مستخدمي هذا القطاع بأهمية المعرفة كمورد للثروة وإدارة المعرفة كنوع حديث والثقافة التنظيمية كدعامة ناجعة لمقاربة إدارة المعرفة، كما توصلت النتائج إلى وجود أثر إيجابي بدرجة متوسطة بين الثقافة التنظيمية وإدارة المعرفة داخل الشركة""This study aims to test the relationship between organizational culture as a determinant and knowledge management as an approach to building and empowering knowledge within the Algerian insurance companies CAAT. It also aims to identify these two concepts in the management literature. A questionnaire was designed for this purpose that included the personal characteristics of the respondents and the study variables, and distributed to a random sample of The users of this company across a number of states in the south of the country. The results showed that the trend of the sample surveyed towards organizational culture and knowledge management was moderate due to the weak perception among users of this sector of the importance of knowledge as a resource for wealth and knowledge management as a modern type and organizational culture as an effective support for the approach to knowledge management. The results revealed a moderately positive effect between organizational culture and knowledge management within the company"
